- Morning Chelsea. What seems to be the issue ?
- Aren't you IT Support and your job is to fix our computers
- I am very busy and don't have time to argue
- Could you come check the computer for me please !!!
- Chelsea I understand this, but two of our colleagues are currently on suspension for not adhering to workplace policy
- Okay I am going to contact management on this matter
- Sure but you must open a ticket before I proceed forward. It is workplace policy

- Okay Steve let's not go to management. Yesterday I rolled over the internet cable and now I cannot connect to the shared folders. I will open a ticket
- No you don't have to wait until tomorrow. We have 3 new junior IT support technicians on our team
- Sounds like an easy fix. I will forward the ticket to Melissa and she will resolve the issue ASAP
