  • This is one expressed powers in the constitution that allows for the country to borrow money from other countries, Examples are taxing levying and to run the government
  • Implied- The power to prohibit discrimination in restaurants, hotels, and other public accommodations

  • This is an expressed power and was listed in the constitution that Congress has the power to declare war when needed. This allows For wars to be fought and our country be protected.
  • Implied- The power to support public schools, welfare programs, public housing etc.
