- This is one expressed powers in the constitution that allows for the country to borrow money from other countries, Examples are taxing levying and to run the government
- Implied- The power to prohibit discrimination in restaurants, hotels, and other public accommodations

- This is an expressed power and was listed in the constitution that Congress has the power to declare war when needed. This allows For wars to be fought and our country be protected.
- Implied- The power to support public schools, welfare programs, public housing etc.
- This is another expressed power that establishes post offices and post roads. This allows for the transfer of mail and transporting of the mail from one place to another.
- The power to create and manage national parks.
- This is an example of an Implied power, something not in the constitution but is for a good functioning government, this first example is the power to prohibit discrimination in resturants, hotels, and other public places. This make for equality of ll citizens and rights for all.
- This is another implied power, it's the power to support public schools, welfare programs, and public housing. This allows for support other than by the government because it's not a power given by congress. They have to come up with other ways to gain support.
