- Mike's sister, Mary, asks him if she could borrow his Pokémon cards to show to her friends.
- No! These are MY cards. Besides, I don't trust with you with them, you could lose them or not take proper care of them
- Big brother, can I please borrow your Pokémon cards? Since you DO have a lot of duplicates. I would like to show it to my friends at school.
- Mike like to collect Pokémon cards, he even has a lot of duplicates. Mike has also recently signed up for a Pokémon card tournament He also has signed up for a group with the same interests with him
- Mike did not want to share his cards, even though he had a lot of duplicates.
- Would you like us to give us your duplicate cards with us? We could possibly even trade if you want
- No, even though I DO have a lot of duplicates, I do not want to. I want to keep them!
- Mike explains his point of view about collecting the cards, he says it's like a treasure hunt.
- I like the idea, but the duplicate cards and single cards, make a person's prized collection, Pokémon card collecting is like - going out for a treasure hunt, winner keeps it all. Besides, my collection would be disturbed if I shared the duplicates with you guys.
- Mike rejects his friends' suggestion of exchanging cards with contempt.
- So I'm guessing your collection is complete then? If it is, you'll for sure win the tournament tomorrow
- Anyways, I have better and more Pokémon cards than both of you, you guys aren't worth my time!I'm out!
- No, actually, I'm only missing card number 56 from the "New World" series. Besides, I don't think anybody has all the other cards, except me!
- While Mike was leaving, the boys had a discussion while he too far to hear.

- Yes he did. I actually have two of those cards. It could have been such an easy trade, but since he's acting like this, I think I will gate keep him from getting this card!
