  • There are 5 components of physical activity;body fat composition, muscular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance.
  • You don't have to be the best at an activity to participate, or enjoy it.
  • When you are physically well, you will increase your life expectancy, become more confident, gain stronger, healthier bones, and improve your sleep.
  • Being mentally & emotionally well means you have the ability to react to situations in a healthy way.
  • Don't forget...managing stress in an effective way can help you stay mentally and emotionally well.
