- Hello, welcome to X company. I am Alexis, your training leader.
- Now, you all have to go to industries there to training.
- :X company is a human resources company that provide elite workers around the globe to all sort of industries. Alexis is a host and leader for the new came workers and is briefing to them.
- Alexis and the workers are in the training room and he is about to give instructions to the foreign workers on the company’s plan of letting these workers engage in industries‘ training.
- Why you all don't follow my instruction ?!
- The foreign worker feels anxious and panic as they couldn't understand the instruction given by the employer. They are afraid and worried that the small mistake they make might eventually affect the company reputation.

- Alexis had been giving commands and skill guiding at the same time that it actually bring bad effects to the foreign workers that made them couldn‘t analyze or take respond to current situation and caused the overloading of information.
- At the same time, Alexis noticed that these foreign workers and himself couldn‘t hold proper communication and share the same subject or information by using the international language.
