- Stop preaching of a god that doesn't exist.
- We have the right to practice what religion we want, just like you have the right to your atheist speech.
- Amendment 2The people's right to bear and maintain arms.
- The law to ban all firearms in the United States was not passed due to a violation of the second amendment.
- Amendment 3A soldier is not allowed to occupy a house without owner's consent.
- I need to hold quarters in your house, this is time of war.
- My third amendment right protects me from unwillingly letting u stay in my home.
- Amendment 4The people are protected from unlawful searches unless a lawful warrant is supplied.
- You are not permitted to search my business without a warrent.
- I need to search your business for criminal activity.
- Amendment 5Someone cannot be tried for the same crime after a verdict is given.
- You cannot arrest be for a crime I have been found innocent of.
- You are being arrested for the crime you were wrongfully found innocent of.
- Amendment 6The right to an unbiased jury.
- Juror #12 is being replaced due to biased remarks about the defendant.
