Yes! I need vitamin D minerals in my body, but I won't eat a lot because I'm still on a diet.. I'll just control it. On my first day of exercise, I didn't last long because I still felt unwell. But I tried exercising. I pretty enjoyed it, but I got tired easily. I also didn't go to school because I need to rest first
First Day
I still feel sick so I decided to sleep after I eating eggs and mushrooms and fish and walking around the house.
I'll be continuing this routine (drinking vitamin D, eating foods that contain vitamin D but less rice and dishes). My classmates and younger brother are waiting for me. I can not just rest and feel unwell for many days.
