Storyboard Text

  • Vitamin D is an important nutrient that the body needs to absorb calcium, keep the immune system healthy, build bones, and reduce inflammation.
  • Yes! I need vitamin D minerals in my body, but I won't eat a lot because I'm still on a diet.. I'll just control it. I'll go to bed early today so I can go outside tomorrow morning and do some exercise so my body will be exposed to the sun (which is also a source of vitamin D) while I'm trying to lose weight. 
  • WOW! you are going to eat beef livers, fatty fish, egg yolks, orange, again!?

  • On my first day of exercise, I didn't last long because I still felt unwell. But I tried exercising. I pretty enjoyed it, but I got tired easily. I also didn't go to school because I need to rest first
  • First Day
  • I still feel sick so I decided to sleep after I eating eggs and mushrooms and fish and walking around the house.
  • I'll be continuing this routine (drinking vitamin D, eating foods that contain vitamin D but less rice and dishes). My classmates and younger brother are waiting for me. I can not just rest and feel unwell for many days.
