- ugh i can never make my giants. How does this elasticity help me with my bars?
- elasticity is when The force always acts in a direction that will return it to its original shape. So when you go on the bar, you have to go really hard.

- When you swing, you should try to tap as hard as you can so then you can make it over the bar. Bars are made in different ways, some are swingy, and some are stiff. So you would need to adjust.
