- Ms. Julie before we begin our session, please be reminded that all of your information to be narrated and given are on full term utmost confidentiality but also be recorded for recording purposes. Also Ms Julie please also be reminded that there maybe sensitive issues to be discussed and talked, you are allowed not to tell them to me if your uncomfortable. Also, this session wil not be public unless necessary for public interest and safety, I hope you understand Ms. Julie.
- Thanks Counselor, I understand, thank you for reminding me of these reminders. I understand and allow it if needed.
- Hey Roman, I've heard your client is my favorite Actress Ms. Julie Barbers, could you spill some gossip to me please?
- Not Even a Single bit of gossip or information, Roman, please, shes my favorite Actress after all.
- Sorry Lucy, NO, it's in our profession not to disclose any information without the client's consent.

- Roman is a Counselor and a Psychologist at the St. Michaelangelo Medical Center in their City. The Medical Institution that he worked is renowned and a strong institution with a specially dedicated Psychology and Counseling Department in one. Before going to work, Roman makes sure he has enough sleep last night, a full heavy breakfast, meditate before going to work to cleanse his heart and mind and start things with a big smile and a good start.

- As Roman started working that day, he become a hot topic as the Hospital Supervisor had assigned a renowned actress for Roman to Counsel and she is Julie Barbers, and as a result, Roman become the center of attention on what will he do. Before each session of, Roman tells his clients no matter their social status that their session is private and confidential, but at the same time recorded for recording purposes. He also went to the same process with Ms. Barbers and get her consent and reminders, and the counseling went on and started on a good note.
- After the counseling session with Ms. Barbers at the Counseling Room, Roman become the center of talks, Ms. Barbers left first then Roman, when he he went to the elevator going into his office, he encounter his friend, Doctor Lucy of the Pediatrics Department, a good friend and an avid fan of Julie Barbers. She approached Roman, bugging him to release some gossip from the recent session with the star.
- After with the conversation on the elevator with his friend Dr. Lucy, Roman went into his office and logged on his computer and recorded the important details, diagnosis and observation during the counselling session with Ms. Barbers. It is a standard Protocol for all professional in the Medical Center are required to logged and document their patient or client properly in the secured Medical Patients Record Server.
- After many clients in the hospital specially the counselling of Ms.Julie Barbers, Roman had already went home after his scheduled working hours set by the hospital. He already ate full dinner, shower and groom himself to sleep. For Roman, the day is refreshing and wonderful, He is excited to cater and counsel more in the next day. A sleep Well deserved for Roman.
