Storyboard Text

  • One day, The Good King Hamlet was killed by his brother, Claudius.
  • The king´s ghost appears to his son Hamlet and frightened Gaurds. He tells of his death and how Claudius, his brother killed him.
  • Hamlet puts on a play that symbolizes his father´s death, and observes his uncle, thus confirming the suspicion of murder.
  • Hamlet is then challenged to a duel by Ophelia´s brother, Laertes. The kings plans to poison and sharpen the blade.
  • After many deaths, such as Ophelia and Polonius, Hamlet begins to lose his mind.  His uncle tries to send him to England.
  • Prince Hamlet and Laertes battle in which both are struck by the poisoned sword. Gertrude dies from a poisoned cup. Hamlet then with a dying breath, kills Claudius. 
  • Prince Fortinbras then comes in to take over. He finds no opposition for everyone is dead. He is now the king of Denmark.
