- The man went up to the young lady and took her doll and said "This is yours, I believe.” A big man with a sunburnt face is holding her doll upside down. The wife told her husband to stop and give the doll back to the young lady

- Carole looks out the window, sees the Toronto airport buildings fall behind and wonders if her parents are watching. Say goodbye, she instructs Amy, waving the doll’s hand, say goodbye to Mom and Dad.

- After Mrs. Norton said “Say you had a colouring book.What colour would you make your Dad?" and also kept asking about her race, the child was too uncomfortable and screams at Mrs. Norton“Leave me alone!”
