- 1754 when Benjamin franklin made the phrase join or die . Join or die was created because Benjamin Franklin goal was to colonize the colonies and to form as one to stop the french and indian war. This was when the colonies was back together.
- 1764 Sugar act when british increase revenue because to fund on tea to pay for the French and indian war . This made people to smuggle sugar and molasses. This caused tension because of smugglers it made england go to debt and valibule goods being stolen from them.
