- Nicole showed up to class dressed in inappropriate clothing for building. Because she didn't wear shoes, the hammer slipped from her hand and landed on her foot. Now her toe is broken.
- Not asking for help with ladder
- When painting, Nicole didn't wear a mask. Unprotected from the paint fumes, she begins to feel nauseous and dizzy.
- Not wearing safety glasses
- Before going to build, Nicole didn't take off her jewelry. When using a power tool her necklace gets caught. Now the power tool and necklace are broken.
- Not asking for help when lifting heavy objects
- I accidentally dropped the box
- Nicole didn't ask for help when climbing the ladder. No one keeps the ladder sturdy and Nicole begins falling with the ladder.
- Help I'm falling!!!
- Nicole doesn't wear safety glasses when working with wood and power tools. Wood gets into her eye and now she's blind.
- My eye!!!
- Nicole overestimated her strength and lifted a heavy object by herself. She ends up dropping the box and breaking its contents.
