- Nocto-man is the one who brings up the moon every night, and can decide how many stars are shown in the sky that night. He lives on the moon with his alien friends named Bob, Bib, and Bab. They help him decide how many stars there should be in the sky.
- Like all hero's Nocto-Man has a flaw. If he gets into any contact with the Sun he will catch on fire and burn to death. His arch-nemesis is Lumo-Man. He is the one that raises the Sun everyday and brings light into the earth. Though Nocto-Man looks a little skinny he is as strong as 50 oxsen.
- After a couple of days, Nocto-Man decided to defeat Lumo-Man by bringing him near the light of the Moon which causes Lumo-Man to freeze to death. Nocto-Man does this by telling Lumo-Man that he wanted to be friends by sending a letter to him which Bob delivered. Lumo-Man was happy to hear this, but was having a hard time writing back. This caused him to stay up a long time and soon it was night and as the light shone upon him he froze to death. The End.
