- As my parents exhausted with the towing, Father Dang and Mother Mulay settledinto a tired sleep beside the enormous taklub. The big sea crab with huge legsand claws, climbed out of the taklub thru its uncovered opening top…
- This woke my parents, attempting to kill it, threw his spear into the heart of thecrab, yet its shell was too hard that the spear broke. With its huge claws, thecrab pinned them and dashed them against the rocks on the shore.
- Then what?
- I don’t know how you feel, but I am here tohelp in any way I can.
- Thelast sound that was heard was my Mother mulay scream in terror “TAKLUBAAAAAAA!!!”
- Then the next day, the people in the nearby town of Basey who heard the screamsventured out with their bangkas to the site of Kabatok where the screamsemanated.
