- In the City of Uruk there lived a king and demigod named Gilgamesh. He was a tyrant and took whatever he wanted.
- Listen to Me I am the most powerful! Give me your wife tonight!
- Enkidu was created to be Gilgamesh's counterpart. He was raised by animals in the forest all alone. Enkidu is brought to Uruk and civilized. Enkidu sees the way Gilgamesh treats people and they fight. They quickly become best friends afterwards.
- You are a worthy opponent, you are like my adopted brother. I love you!
- Gilgamesh decides and convinces Enkidu to join him in battle to defeat Humbaba, who is in charge of the cedar forest. They kill Humbaba and cut the cedar trees for great fame.
- These tree's will make a great gate and raft.
- Gilgamesh upsets Ishtar, so she sends the Bull of heaven after Him. The Bull terrorizes the people so Gilgamesh and Enkidu kill it by pulling it's tail and stabbing the bull in the neck.
- The God Enlil is upset that the Bull of Heaven was killed and decides to kill Enkidu. Gilgamesh is so upset he stays still for 7 days. He is even more obsessed with imortality
- I who endured all hardships with you, remember me, my friend, don't forget all I went through!
- Gilgamesh travels to Utnapishtim because he has achieved Immortality. Gilgamesh fails Utnapishtim's tasks. He realizes he does not have to be immortal and becomes a better and more fair king.
- With the knowledge I have learned from my brother and my journeys, I shall treat you with kindness!
