- Rosa Parks is an African-American woman who was born on February 4, 1913 in Tuskegee, (Alabama) and died on October 24, 2005 in Detroit (Michiga).
- Following this refusal, she was arrested by the police
- Next, she was ordered to pay a fine, she appealed her judgment
