- What are some things we should know about you?
- I am 36 years old. I am married. I have a mother, father, a brother, and 1 sister. I was born and live in Brooklyn.
- We meet with the judge tomorrow. I am so excited to find out what the case is. I have to prove my client innocent.
- The case that we will be discussing is felony murder. On December 22, a man named Alguinaldo Nesbitt was killed in his own store. According to witnesses Steve Harmon, James King, and Bubo Evans were all involved in the robbery.

- This is going to be a very hard case.
- Well at least I have someone on my side. I know I am innocent.
- Hello Steve, I will be representing you in court.
- Do you think I'm innocent.

- I don't know for sure. I mean, he's not like a guy i talk with a lot.

- Mr. Harmon, do you know James King?
- I know him from the neighborhood.
