- Two employees are putting inventory away in a warehouse setting. They are feeling sore do to overreaching (right) and improper bending (left). They feel dissatisfied with their workplace due to being treated more as a number than a person completing tasks.

- A manager comes up and closes their laptop while saying hello and asking how the employees are doing. He proceeds to note that he noticed that their bending and lifting techniques could be improved. He then demonstrates how to bend and lift. After this the scanners beep providing the employees with a reminder to stretch.

- The manager notes how important it is to stretch and offers to join them/ lead them in a 5-minute stretch session.
- Once finished the stretch, the manager reaffirms that if there are any problems or concerns that they are free to reach out and talk with him. He thanks them for their time and their continued hard work and continues with his other work.
- The employees note that they feel appreciated and looked after. They feel a part of the shift and feel ready to do more work with the proper bending and lifting techniques provided by the manager.
