- This Lawyer's defendant claims he was threatened and Rob Err robbed the bank he works at. Here's the burden proof given by the lawyer (evidence to support that that claim is true).
- Evidence states full name, "where to find me at" including home address. Security camera footage shows Roberta Err was at the scene of the crime, even holding the bank teller at gun point. As soon as police arrived at the address, a gun, and money in a duffle bag was found on the living room table.
- FINE! I plea guilty!
- This evidence is beyond a reasonable doubt. The judge is very aware Rob's guilty due to hard evidence against her.
- Penalties may be services such as substance abuse testing and treatment programs, job counseling, and alternative detention options, such as home confinement or electronic monitoring.
- Since you haven't committed a felony like this before, you pleaded guilty, and the defendant seems to feel bad for you, we've decided to grant you a sentence of 7 years
- If you feel any errors were made, you may ask for your case to be reveiwed. We'll go over this again.
- Yeah, I'm in here for murder.
