- Hey John, our crops are damaged by the grazing cows. We need to put a fence around our field
- GrandPa I will be able to help you with this
- We have wooden fence pieces that you will require to fence the field. But i dont know how much you would need?
- I know that our field has length of 20 m and breadth of 40 m
- OH!!! I think all I need to do is to find the sum of all sides of field
- So all I need to do is to find the Perimeter of our Field
- Perimeter of our Field will be 20+40+20+40=160m, and that will be length of wooden fence that we will need to fence it from all sides
