- Nah, I'm good thanks! I just don't want to eat today...
- Why?, what's wrong?
- It's just... I saw many girls my age on Instagram are skinny and have perfect bodies. But look at me I'm getting fatter.
- But Sis.. you still need to eat. You know many girls got been through like this. They want to be skinny but it turned they got depression because of this. Many got eating disorder and their health worsen.
- Yeah I know! But what I'm gonna do? I wanna be skinny like other girls!
- Don't worry sis. I'm going to help you how to lose weight but in proper way. For now on we're going to eat healthy food and always exercise everyday.
- You would do that for me?
- Of course!! We are sisters! Sisters always help each other and stick together. Besides I don't want you to get hurt and suffer because of that.
- Omg! Thanks Sis you don't know how much this means to me!
