- Bridget and Jessica getting on the bus for the first day of 7th grade. They are nervous but make a promise that they will stick together.
- After Jessica finding out she does not have any classes with her best friend Bridget she is determined to make new friends in her first class. When she meets her new friend Sara she talks about how she is rich because her did owns an ice cream shop. Hope is the one in the back and she talks just quietly. After they talk for a little bit Sara brings up lunch and they make a plan where to sit and how to get there.
- Now it is lunch and they made a new friend named Manda. Also Jessica find out that Bridget get a boyfriend already. Now they are talking about having a sleepover Friday night.
- Jessica finding out she has tech ed and none of her friends have it. Bridget telling Jessica that she won't be on the bus because she is trying out for cheerleading.
- Jessica asking if she can have the girls over for a sleep over. Mom saying yes but her grandma will be there because she is visiting for the weekend anyway.
- All the girls having fun at the sleepover at Jessica's house. Jessica's grandma is making food and their talking about what costumes they are going to wear as a group.
