  • This is the Incascivilization. They werelocated on the west coast of South America which is now known today as Peru, Argentina,bolivia,chile,Ecuador, and because theIncas' location were mountains terrains which made it difficult for them to trade or travel and also made them create an irrigation system due to not being near large bodies of water.
  • Time period
  • The Inca civilization emerge in the 12 century A.D and was around from 1400 to 1533 CE. They rose to their peak after the reign of Emperor Huayna Capac which he helps improved trade, communication, and transportation but they fall after they were colonized by Spanish conquers in 1572.
  • Government
  • The Incas had a monarchy government in which their rulers were emperors called "Sapa Inca".The Incas had a well-organizedthe government had divided their state into 4 and had government#160;officials in each state but would have to report back to the Sapa Inca and had no court system as well. The laws of the Incas were established by the saps Inca and the main 3 laws were to don't steal, don't lie, and don't be lazy if these laws were broken people were either killed or becameprisoners.
  • Beliefs
  • The Inca's religious belief was mixed of animistic and nature worship andbelieve in different gods and spirits and strongly believe in an afterlife. The religion andgovernment of the Incas were combined.
  • Technology
  • The most importantinnovations that the Inca made were roads and bridges. The Incas also had calendars that were based on the sun and moon and had irrigation systems as well. The Incas would build their buildings from stones and would also use stones for their roads and bridges.
  • Contributions
  • The major contributions the Incas had to the world during times were engineering roads and bridges. The roads that were made by the Inca are still seen today and are still used.
