Good morning students! Today, we are going to learn about the Fundamental rights through a presentation by some students of our class. We may begin.
A very pleasant day to all my friends.Fundamental Rights are a part of our Constitution. They are the rights given to every citizen of India without the discrimination of race, colour, religion, gender, occupation, etc. There are 6 Fundamental Right. We shall discuss them.
FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS
The first Fundamental Right is 'Right to Equality'. This right guarantees equal rights and equality to everyone without any discrimination. This right also includes the abolition of titles as well as untouchability.
1. Right To Equality
Let us now talk about the second Fundamental right which is 'Right To Freedom'. This freedom right includes many sub rights such as freedom to speech, expression, association, any profession, live in any state or place, etc.
2. Right To Freedom
This right prohibits any type of forced labour. The Constitution of India prohibits the employment of children under the age of 14.
3. Right Against Exploitation
This right gives equal respect to every religion. There is freedom of conscience, profession, practice and propagation of any religion. The State does not have a religion of its own. Every perso has the right to practice and put faith in their own religion
