- Afternoon Mss Onesimo ,we looked at your grievances with the board......
- And then ,What are you saying exactly?
- In order for us to give into your demands ,we will have to let go of some worker.
- Never that's not gonna happen, these workers needs their jobs.
- The company does not have the money due to covid .
- This is the appointed date for the workers answers.
- That not going to happen just go to your board member tell them its an increase or tools down.
- Lets let go of few and then there will be an increase.
- No there seems to be a problem between the manager and shop steward is is totally out of what was asked.
- We are giving you 48 hours to come with the right answer.
- The manager is making an excuse of the company not having money due to the pandemic.
- Will they really go on tools down ,what if i don't act now.....the company might loose really bad.
- The shop steward is threatening the manager about workers going on tools down if their demands are not met.
- The shop steward left the office very furious as she was still threatening the manager with only two days to fix the damage control.
