- I'm facing a crisis with France! Britain refused to receive the new America Ambassador and seizing my American ships for Britain! I will send my best three people to go and have a talk!
- So I need you, Charles, John, and Elbridge to negotiate a solution!
- We have a big problem, the French government made a violation against the French-American alliance.
- John and Charles: It is up to us to help President Adams avoid war!
- On our way to hopefully make peace with France
- Talleyrand: I will not meet or discuss anything with you....
- This will end up being a war or a least naval war...
- We are here speaking to you commissioner on behalf of Talleyrand
- Talleyrand will not meet with Charles, John, and Elbridge; unless y'all pay a 250,000$ bribe and provide France with a big loan and with other conditions.
- We have been fighting this war for two years now and it was never declared! It's just a naval war between us (America) and France!
