- Introduction of all the emotions in Rileys head. Disgust, Anger, Joy, Fear, and Sadness.Riley and her family moves to SanFran and is now away from all her friends, her hockey team, her school.
- Joy and Sadness get sucked into long term memory.Joy thought that they were lost but later remembered that Sadness read the manuals that were at HQ and knows how to get back to HQ!
- Joy and Sadness meet Bing Bong (Rileys old imaginary friend) and he leads Joy and Sadness to the next stop that the train of thought goes too for a better way to get back to HQ fast.
- Riley quits hockey tryouts after missing a goal because hockey island went down in her head and now forgot how to play hockey.
- Joy gets out of pit of forgotten memorys with Bing Bongs rocket but at the last moment Bing Bong realizes that Riley is too big for Bing Bong and no longer needs him so he jumps out of the rocket to be forgotten forever.
- Joy uses trampoline to get back to HQ and make Riley happy again because Anger, Fear, and Disgust can't make Riley happy like she can.
