- After they had sung a hymn Jesus and his disciples went to the Mount of Olives were they arrived at Gethsemane and Jesus said, " Sit here while I go over there and pray."

- As Jesus and the rest of the disciples joined in the large room for the passover Jesus said, "Truly i will tell you, one of you will betray me." This came as a shock to all of the disciples and one by one they started asking him, "surely you don't mean me, Lord?"
- Jesus replied, “The one who has dipped his hand into the bowl with me will betray me." Then Judas, the one who would betray him, said, “Surely you don’t mean me, Rabbi?”Jesus answered, “You have said so.”
- As they were eating Jesus took the bread and said, "Eat this all of you for this is my body which has been given up for you chalice and said, "Drink from it, all of you.This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins."
