- It started out a normal day in the nucleus with chromatins, Easton, and Amillia. The day they'd been waiting for their whole life was finally here! The day where their journey with mitosis could start. The purpose of mitosis is to make more body cells and for growth. Mitosis will be producing two identical daughter cells.

- The two DNA cells began to replicate themselves and got prepared for mitosis to start. This part of the process is called interphase.

- The next stage was prophase. The two chromatins condensed and became visible. This means that the chromosomes get packaged up so that they're easier to be moved around.

- The chromosomes are trapped in the nucleus and because of this, the nucleus disintegrates during prophase. The following stage is metaphase. In metaphase, the chromosomes line up single file down the middle of the cell.

- In the next stage, anaphase, the sister chromatids split up.

- In telophase, two diploid daughter cells are being formed. During telophase, each newly forming cell makes a nucleus.
