  • The American Revolution was the first time in history that a people fought for its independence in the name of certain universal principles such as the rule of law and constitutional rights.
  • The Declaration of Independence
  • The Constitution explains how the government manages the people, has the documents on the rights that every citizen has in the country.
  • Founding Father of the United States
  • The first 10 amendments to the Constitution make up the Bill of Rights. James Madison wrote the amendments, which list specific prohibitions on governmental power, in response to calls from several states for greater constitutional protection for individual liberties.
  • The First President of the United States
  • In 1776, Thomas Jefferson wrote the American Declaration of Independence. On July 4, 1776, the United States Congress passed the Declaration of Independence. These ideas became widely accepted by Americans and also influenced the French Revolution in particular.
  • The Founding Fathers are the men who never gave up and fought until the end because thanks to them the United States is an independent country and they were also the ones who created the Constitution for the citizens.
