- In Cytokinesis, everything else gets split in the nucleus. At the end, there are two identical cells.
- Mutations can end in an out-of-control cell cycle which results in cancer which is uncontrolled cell division.
- Checkpoints to prevent cell division : 1. If the cell doesn't have as much nutrients as it needs2. If the DNA isn't replicated 3. If the DNA is damaged
