- Nana writes her letters, places them in addressed envelopes and seals them. Returns in Postage Paid envelope to Passing Notes.
- Dear Andriana, Although Nana cannot be with you on your graduation day, I wanted to leave behind some words of wisdom....
- Passing Notes llc cares for the letters in our secure facility.
- On each date specified, the letters are mailed to the intended recipients.
- Years later, Andriana experiences the overwhelming joy of hearing from her Nana once again.
