- us giraffes come in different heights!
- we don't have enough food for all of us and the food we do have is at high altitudes.
- The giraffes have to be able to reach the tall grass and trees to get food for themselves. Being tall gives them a advantage to be one of the firsts to eat.
- 100yr pass and we start to see that the short giraffes are starting to become less and less because they die off.
- Being tall is an adaptive trait in the environment#160;so they can reach food and be able to survive and it is being passed down.
- The tall giraffes are the best fit for survival in this environment that they have adapted too.
