Storyboard Text
- King Laius and Queen Jocasta had a son names Oedipus. The king was told his son would kill him and marry his wife. The king gave Oedipus to a servant to hang him.
- The servant went to a tree to hang Oedipus, but he couldn't get himself to do it. He instead gave him to a shepherd who will take him to King Polybus and Queen Merope. They will adopt and raise Oedipus.
- Oedipus was told by a drunk that Polybus and Merope were not his parents. He was confused and went to them for answers, they denied everything. He goes to an oracle and is told that he will kill his father and marry his mother. In worries he left home.
- When traveling he came across a man, whos is his actual father, and they get into an arguement. Oedipus kills King Laius with a stick and beats him to death.
- While making his way in to the city , he has to solve a riffle for Sphinx to get into the city and not be killed. The brother of Jocasta said whoever solves the riddle will inherit the throne and marry Queen Jocasta. They have four kids together.
- Overtime the truth is finally revealed and Oedipus finds out he killed his father and married his mother. Queen Jocasta in shock hangs herself, and when Oedipus sees her he stabs his eyes.
