- Nilesh, first of all, you have to gain confidence, believe in yourself, work on PSDT, communication, and technical skills.
- He started working on his PSDT and communication skills by taking help of online practicing platforms and mock interviews.
- Nilesh then started working on his confidence and personality. He started doing meditation. Started to be calm in stressed situations.
- Preparing for job interviews. He is adding value of his resume by doing internships, projects and gaining knowledge.
