- Siddhartha Gautama was a prince in Kapilvastu. Siddhartha's Grew up without seeing the outside world. His parents didn't want to loose there royalty, because they were told there is a 50 - 50 chance that he will become a townsman.
- One day as Siddhartha went for a ride he saw how poor people lived and how life was filled with suffering. He couldn't believe all these people had bad and unfair lives while he was living his best. This is when he figured out the four Noble Truths,

- Soon Siddhartha had followers. He got the nickname Buddha which means Enlightened one. His followers agreed with him and wanted to follow the Eightfold path. They believe that the Eightfold path will end suffering,
