The morning of the first January the beach underneath the Golden Gate Bridge was turned into a crime scene. The police officers arrive at the scene and the CSI unit begins to collect the evidence.
Here we have a lot of physical evidence and were we a have a latent fingerprint on the gun but there is no bullet matching to the gun here!
This location can not be the primary crime scene. It is the secondary, here is not enough blood for this type of gun shot wound
The CSI unit finds physical evidence, including a gun next to the victim, his wallet, which comes with his driver's license which establishes his identity as Sam Smith. This drivers license is a key element in the case
As a medical examiner I say that his man did not commit suicide and that somebody wants it to look like one
To prove this theory the detective drives to Sam Smiths home to interview his wife to eliminate her as a suspect. He was wondering if she has an alibi or if she is an eyewitness.
After the detective started to interview the woman she acted very nervous and suspicious. He documented everything on his notebook and when he ask to examine the house she lead him into the library where the detective found blood stains.
I am innocent, it is not how it looks like.
and there is the missing bullet
The detective interviewed the woman for 2 hours ...
I was walking the dog and when I came home I found the blood. I don't know what happened
Our ballistic experts matched the bullet found in your house to the gun Sam Smith, your husband was killed with and you don't have good alibi
Okay I confess. I killed my husband because I needed the money from his life insurance
