  • On March 13, 1963, Miranda was arrested. While being arrested, Miranda was never reminded of his right to remain silent.
  • You are under arrest!
  • Miranda is questioned about his connection to a kidnapping and rape. The police never informed him of is ability to obtain an attorney.
