  • In 1754 - 1763 France and England went to war to decide who claimed the western land. The image above is to depict France defeating the English at Fort necessity using native tactics, but England claimed to be the victor of this war but they suffered a large dept afterward.

  • The British passed the Stamp Act to help pay for the troops stationed in the colonies during the Seven Years War. The act required colonists to pay a tax, represented by a stamp, on various forms and documents. Infuriated by this the colonists go on a riot and protest against the act.

  • his was an act that taxed paper, paint, lead, glass, and tea. Which would be the literal reason of American colonists smuggling those goods because they did not want to pay any taxes.
