- we deal with patients that are in their most vulnerable status. that means we might face many ethical dilemmas. there is no black & white, however lots of grey Areas in between.
- oH My GOD!! I'm sick..and these people that I don't know are all over the place!!help!

- that is why we need ethics to address such dilemmas.. to help set boundaries while dealing with our patients,

- or our colleagues..

- so..when we face an ethical dilemma in our practice, what should we do?

- refer to nursing code of ethics, alongside your facility's policies and the law . IF still in doubt consult the ethical committee in your facility.
