- The Hunger Games is a science-fiction book that takes place in District 12 of Panem. Katniss Everdeen is the protagonist that lives in a poor family with her sister Prim and Mother. Sadly, her father died in a coal mining accident.
- No I Volunteer!
- When it comes time to reaping for the hunger games, Prim is chosen to fight to the death with 24 others from the 12 districts. But, her sister Katniss volunteers to fight instead of her sister in the Hunger Games
- Primrose Everdeen you have been chosen tribute!
- Before the games Katniss trains with the other tributes and does various things for press from the public. Once the games begin Katniss is by herself until she meets a girl named Rue-who sadly gets killed by a career. Katniss avoids a lot of danger and eventually finds her bow and Peeta. She treats Peeta and become allies.
