- Hi, my name is Emmie and me and my best friend, Bri, are both in seventh grade, and we are in lunch. We make up a fun game, we wright corny love letters to our crushes, mine is to Tyler Ross and Bri's is to Anthony Randall. Once we finish writing our letters we switch and read each others. Bri suggests I should give it to him but I say no. I would never do that. Me and Bri get up and I keep the letters in my folder promising not to lose them.

- When I was walking back from lunch, I felt my folder slip a little, but caught it just in time. I just hope no papers fell out! Especially because Joe Lungo was walking behind me. Joe Lungo is known as spreading rumours. I heard Joe snicker and laugh but I ignored it and walked away. I really hoped he did not get my paper or else I would be in big trouble. I keep heading back to class but I feel like something is not right, like something is missing.
- LEAVE ME ALONE. I CAN TAKE CARE OF IT MY SELF.

- In class I heard Katie and Tyler Ross giggling. I looked over and they were texting each other. I'm not surprised though because everyone has their phones out in this hour. As I was leaving class I heard them talking about going out with each other. Tyler had asked Katie out! Now that Tyler had asked Katie out he was off limits. Bri Says I should ask him out but I could never do that. I am known as the quite girl that never talks and just draws. I don't think Tyler Ross would want me.

- As I walk down the hallway I see everyone looking at me, and Joe Lungo is saying, "Lover girl! Oh lover girl!" Oh no! My letter feel out when Joe was behind me! At this point the whole school already knew, and their was nothing I could do about it. I saw Tyler Ross Standing in the corner with his head down and Katie yelling at Joe Lungo for embarrassing me. I ran as fast as I could to the bathroom and just cried there.
- Katie walked into the bathroom and asked if I was ok, I ran out and she followed me. I turned around and Screamed: "LEAVE ME ALONE! I CAN TAKE CARE OF MY SELF!" I did feel bad after but it was true that I wanted her to stop helping me solve my own problems. I walk to class and forget about what just happened. As I was walking back to class I see Tyler Ross. Oh no! can this day get any worse?!
- As I walked toward Tyler I was just waiting to be humiliated, but instead he said: "Hey do you want to walk with me to class?" Surprised I said: "Sure!" I Could not believe that he had asked me to walk to class with him! We talked and it turned out that we had art together! Him and katie did not go out together ,and after a few days me and Tyler became friends, and it felt like Katie was invisible now. Like without Tyler she was nothing, And I was everything!
