  • Representative Democracy 
  • Oligarchy 
  • Theocracy 
  • In Representative Democracy people elect their leaders or representatives. Once voted, they do the day to day work of governing the country. 
  • Absolute Monarchy 
  • Oligarchy is a small group of people that has all the power.
  •                                      Dictatorship 
  • Theocracy is where there is a religious law and is used to settle disputes and rule the people.
  • Anarchy
  • In Absolute Monarchy, the monarch (the one with the family blood line) has all the power and has the final say over the government.
  • In dictatorship, one leader has absolute control over citizens. The other parts of government do what the dictator tells them to do.
  • In anarchy, nobody is in control or everyone is.
