  • Plaintiff- Gio's negligence caused this accident. I am demanding $28,000 in damages from Gio, for my car

  • The Jury- The evidence on the camera that is located at the bank is enough to show that Gio was on his phone while driving and you can not use your phone while driving because it is a distraction.Due to Gio's negligence he is Liable for all the damages on Niko's car.
