  • Resilience is typically defined as the capacity to recover from difficult life events.It is the ability to bounce back from a negative experience or difficult challenge. Resilience is built by having confidence that you'll be able to get through or work around your problems, and by learning effective ways to cope with negative thoughts and emotions.
  • People face all kinds of adversity in their daily life. There are physical, mental, emotional and social disasters, such as major illnesses, loss of a loved ones, abuse, bullying, job loss, financial instability, terrorist attacks, natural disasters and pandemics.
