- Gayatri !! what needs to be checked when BOE is submitted with payment documents?
- Kamal !! First attested photocopy of BOE to be taken from customer where all details are clearly visible.

- Secondly check whether BOE number is available in IDPMS master and no payment is already made through any other bank in India.
- Ok !!!
- Also check BOE details are available in ICEGATE site where date on which import duty paid is updated, if BOE is prior to Apr16 and not appearing in TRRACS.
