- Jesus had a cousin, John who preached and baptized many people. One day, Jesus went to the Jordan river to be baptized, john didn't know what to say.
- John started to questioned his ability to baptize Jesus. Jesus then told John that he must be baptized,this way he can set an example for others.
- John took Jesus into the river and baptized him.
- When Jesus was baptized the sky began to open up and the Holy Spirit came down in the form of a majestic white dove.
- "This is my beloved Son, with whom i am pleased" Matthew 3:17
- This is the sacrament of baptism.
