- The Pharaoh ordered his men to kill all infant boys. This was so that in the future if theses infants grow up big and strong they might overtake the Pharaoh, which really scared him.
- The mother of baby Moses saved her son by putting him in a basket and giving her son to the river and in God's hands. She sang to the river to keep her son safe saying "Such precious cargo you bear" Then she sang to God saying " Lord please look after my child" This showed her love to Moses by saving him from death. In reality a baby in a basket on a river would drown and not survive due to the weight of the baby but God made sure that the basket stayed a float and didn't drown baby Moses.
- God saved infant Moses and God led Moses to the Pharaoh's wife who kept him and treated him as her own son. God saving Moses shows his love towards him and instead of bringing to a peasant he brought Moses to the Pharaoh's wife. The Pharaoh has highest power which meant that Moses had a rich life and he was able to confront the Pharaoh in the future which was all part of God's plan.
