  • I really whant to keep her.
  • Doris was outside shoveling the snow off her house when she saw a stray puppy near her and called for it to come closer.
  • CLIMAX
  • She brought the puppy inside the house to show her parents but they told her they couldn't keep the dog and that it was going to the pound as soon as posible.
  • FALLING ACTION
  • I wonder if I would ever have anything in my life.
  • It's not fair!
  • They kept the dog in the basement for the time being and Doris wished for the weader to never clear so she could keep the puppy, the puppy also semed to be bery smarth and obedient.
  • RESOLUTION
  • Not even I can understand this man.
  • I did take her, but the place was horrible, so is best to keep her.
  • After a few days the weader cleared and Doris father, Mr. Lacey, took the puppy to the pound.
  • Time to take you to the pound.
  • After losing the puppy, Doris could only hide in her room and cry.

  • When Doirs went to the kitchen to get something to eat she found the puppy there. At the end her father brought back the dog and let her keep it, saying the pound was not a good place to leave any animal.
